The powder snow is conquered - BMW and K2 say goodbye to Powder Ride for the summer.

We promised you the best winter of all times: Unique experiences, exciting events, memorable adventures and, of course, lots of snow. All you had to do: win one of the sought-after Powder Ride Foxtails!

This season, Powder Ride Foxtail owners were able to enjoy unique freeride experiences during the whole winter. Together with our Powder Ride Heli Flights at Arlberg, the POWDERCHASE™ Film and Photo Workshop was one of the highlights. The participants travelled to Arabba in Italy with the BMW X1 Edition Powder Ride. 50 cm fresh-fallen snow, great weather and the Dolomites in the background provided perfect conditions for the workshop. Professional photographer Christian Stadler and filming pro Boris Benedek with help from K2 riders Oliver Kain and Michi Trojer showed the participants how to find the best motif for a picture and how to catch the best action on film.

Another hit of the Powder Ride season 2013 was the Women’s K2 Freeride and Backside Adventure Week: In the end of March, the winners could spend a week in La Grave and get to know the world-famous French backcountry together with likeminded freeriders, have fun and work on their skills.

But now the winter and Powder Ride are over.
