Munich. At the beginning of the season, in October 2010, the german bobsleigh association, the Bob- und Schlittenverband für Deutschland (BSD) had to complete their first Training-Runs.
At this the German team wanted to improve their overall condition intensively for the coming World Cup season and this season's highlight, the Bobsleigh World Championships at Königssee in February 2011.

Biathlon.

As part of the extensive partnerships, BMW has been the official main sponsor of the IBU Biathlon World Cup and the IBU Biathlon World Championships since 2010.
